We are dedicated to delivering a professional design package no matter what you size your budget is. At the onset of a new project we will create a design proposal after an initial consultative meeting. The following services are what you can expect from our full design package but any project can be custom tailored to suit your needs.

Concept & Schematic Design
Includes the following as required

  • client meetings
  • design concepts
  • site surveys
  • digital 'as built' drawings
  • preliminary space planning

Design Development
Includes the following as required

  • space planning
  • colour & finish selections
  • furniture selections
  • millwork design
  • lighting concepts
  • fixtures, equipment & hardware selections
  • preliminary drawing package & design details

Construction Documents
Includes the following as required

  • development and finalizing of the drawing package for the builder and for building permit applications (includes floor plans, finish plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, mechanical/electrical plans, elevations and construction details)
  • written specifications for finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, equipment and hardware (for builder or client to purchase)

Project Administration

At this point you have your design package in hand and the project will be passed on to a builder or project manager. As questions and changes are bound to arise we are happy to be on hand to facilitate the construction process.
Project administration includes the following as required

  • overview that construction
  • troubleshooting construction questions & changes
  • site visits
  • coordination with suppliers and assistance with purchasing
  • supervision of furniture install
  • final site review and project follow up to ensure a quality outcome.
